This role is suited to an experienced operator who can take ownership of sea freight import deliveries, manage transport providers against KPIs, and act as a key point of contact for customers across day-to-day delivery requirements.

You will be responsible for coordinating import transport activity, overseeing dehire and delivery processes, and ensuring operational performance across allocated shipments. A core part of the position is the day-to-day management of FCL and LCL truckers, ensuring service levels are met, issues are resolved quickly and client transport outcomes are delivered efficiently.
