Role Description The Senior OCR Shift Manager ensures smooth and compliant live casino operations by supervising studio activities, coordinating teams, and maintaining high game and service standards while acting as a key point of contact between staff, operators, and players.
Responsibilities - Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organisation Matrix;
- Maintaining the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, players);
- Coordinates the staff under his/her supervision;
- Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company;
- Collaboration and cooperation;
- Ensuring the functionality of the studios;
- Other operational activities.
