**Job Summary**

The **Senior Officer, Multi-Level Giving** is responsible for leading the Baylor Scott & White Irving Foundation's annual giving, planned giving, grateful giving, and select grant writing initiatives. Reporting to the Foundation President/Vice President, this role partners closely with local Foundation leadership and system-wide fundraising teams to develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies that increase donor engagement, expand philanthropic support, and strengthen the Foundation's pipeline of future major gift donors.

This position oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of annual fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, digital appeals, leadership giving, and grateful patient initiatives.
