As Senior Operations Cost Analyst , reporting to the Regional Operations Productivity Manager, you will support operational costs planning, performance monitoring, and reporting across Lines of Business. You will partner cross-functionally to deliver accurate insights, ensure alignment with Group standards, and help improve cost efficiency and operational performance.
Within Global Operations (COO), the Performance & Productivity team drives financial performance, planning, and reporting across Operations globally (50 business units, ~17,000 FTE). The team provides insights, governance, and tools to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous efficiency improvement.
Way of working : Follows a hybrid work schedule to include 1-day per week in office location Rua José Versolato, 101 – Torre A| Centro, São Bernardo do Campo – SP/ Brasil
