The candidate will be a member of a multi-site K&S team that develops and sustains semiconductor assembly equipment.
Responsibilities: Define test requirements, test coverage and acceptance criteria with electrical engineering team. Design and develop automated and manual electrical testing systems for PCBAs, Modules and Assemblies. Identify, diagnose electrical failures in machine modules and provide rapid, effective technical support to production teams. Develop and qualify manufacturing inspection protocols for manufacturing usage. Analyze production yield trends (downtime) and identify parts failure (DPU). Support engineering design changes, equipment modifications and upgrades. Identify, diagnose electrical failures in machine modules and provide rapid, effective technical support to production teams.
