Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Framework & Platform Management

• Assist in establishing the infrastructure for pension administration.
  Design, implement, and manage the operational framework for the ePension digital platform.
  Oversee daily operations, ensuring workflow processes are efficient and effective.

2. Process Management & Compliance

• Ensure all operational activities are aligned with relevant regulations, guidelines, internal SOPs, and SLAs.
• Understand and follow the entire transaction cycle, including Registration, Enrollment, Data Modification, Contribution, Payment, Termination, Transfer, Investment, Claim, Document Management, and Inquiries.
• Regularly verify submitted documents for completeness and compliance with applicable standards.
