What is the opportunity?

Senior Operations Initiative Lead role is responsible for representing Client Acquisition & Service operational teams on initiatives aligned with the Insurance & Operations strategy.  This role acts as the primary point of contact between Operations and Digital Delivery and other business partners to ensure desired outcomes are clearly understood and achieved. They will utilize operational, product and process knowledge to lead initiatives by collaborating with designated subject matter experts to contribute to the vision, design, and implementation of initiatives to achieve Operational Excellence.
