We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager as part of a confidential leadership transition within a purely healthcare account. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare domain expertise and experience managing multiple teams with consistent KPI delivery.



Candidate Profile.



Minimum 5+ years purely healthcare BPO experience

Background in UMR Prior Authorization Billing Claims or similar healthcare processes

Experience managing team leads supervisors and mid level leaders

Strong performance management SLA ownership and operational governance

Amenable to onsite work and night shift
