to take ownership of overall business operations, performance monitoring, and execution excellence.
This role will act as a central leadership anchor, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments, driving accountability. The individual will work closely with the Founder & Principal Designer and will be responsible for independently managing day-to-day operations in their absence.
