Follows all relevant policies, processes, procedures and controls within the respective Operations Centre to fulfill procedural legislative requirements while ensuring high-quality, safe, cost‑effective, consistent work.
Day-to-Day Operations
Carries out day‑to‑day operations within the respective Operations Centre to ensure work processes are implemented as directed by the Day Crew Supervisor while complying with established policies, processes and procedures.
Receives daily direction from the Day Crew Supervisor on activities to be performed and ensures work is completed in a timely and safe manner and in line with required quality standards.
Ensures timely escalation of any issues or problems to the Day Crew Supervisor to support timely corrective action.
