Boutique law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their midtown Manhattan office.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of New York plaintiff personal injury litigation experience

• Bilingual Spanish language skills, a plus

• Knowledge of New York State civil procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the firm’s lead New York litigation paralegal, overseeing case management and distributing workflow to junior paralegal team

• Draft litigation documents including discovery demands and responses, Bills of Particulars, motions, etc.

• eFile documents in New York State and Federal Courts

• Manage the Court calendar, tracking all deadlines and appearances

• Light office management responsibilities including vendor account management and ordering supplies

• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
