Should have a thorough knowledge of the requirements of all types of searches.

Should be able to handle patentability/invalidation/FTO searches independently.

Should be able to train/review junior analysts' work.

Should have a thorough knowledge of landscape studies and be able to handle the project independently from search string formulation till report generation.
