Position Overview

            End to end payroll processing. 
Understanding and following payroll procedures and related forms 
Liaison with HR and Compliance teams 
Assist in computation and processing of employee compensation 
Coordination and management of payroll function 
Assisting with month-end processes, validation of payroll files 
Accounting Payroll Journal Entries 
Accounting employee related accruals & maintaining schedules. 
Assisting in year-end processes such as annual computation of taxes 
Dealing with payroll queries & stake holder management. 
Preparation and reconciliation of monthly General Ledger and payroll journals 
Preparation and reconciliation of payment summaries 
Record keeping – Maintain all relevant documents relating to disbursement of salary payment, payroll related statutory remittances. 
Audit Support 
Assist in monthly/quarterly statutory related
