DNV is building a Global Payroll Centre in Pune to deliver standardized, high-quality payroll services across North and South Asia. We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support multi-country payroll operations, vendor management, and global payroll improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Support payroll consolidation and transition activities into the Global Centre.
Execute and oversee multi-country payroll and compensation processes.
Review and validate payroll outputs from external vendors.
Manage payroll reporting, reconciliations, tax updates, and year-end activities.
Ensure delivery against defined SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
Provide Level 2 payroll support to employees, HR, and managers.
Maintain accurate payroll and process documentation.
Partner with Regional Payroll, HR, Finance, and external providers.
