The Senior People & Communications Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience by managing and continuously improving HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and people programs. This role partners closely with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient, consistent, and scalable HR service delivery within a global organization.
