We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Senior People Partner to join the People Team at Leonardo.
The Senior People Partner will lead and drive the implementation of our People Plan in partnership with the SVP and other senior stakeholders. The role is primarily focused on delivering the UK People Plan effectively into the business while working with senior leaders, line managers and employees to create a positive and productive working environment.
Form an effective part of the Line of Business (LoB) leadership team to achieve the business goals and create a positive working environment for the wider teams.
In collaboration with the UK People Leadership Team, set the long term vision for working in Leonardo Electronics UK and translate that into tangible improvement actions.
