Responsibilities Design and develop solutions for the HCM portfolio.
Provide sustained support for assigned platform system(s) and ensure proper functioning of existing systems, including security updates.
Work with business users to identify and document requirements related to system enhancements.
Identify software requirements and work with the development team to build solutions that satisfy business needs.
