Responsibilities

• Execute daily setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other acquisition channels
• Implement campaign changes, budget adjustments, and updates based on instructions from the Performance Marketing Lead
• Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates through A/B testing of creatives and audiences
• Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) tracking key funnel metrics
• Ensure accurate data entry and consistency across tracking systems including GA4 and CRM tools
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of ad materials
• Maintain operational stability and ensure all campaigns follow internal compliance and promotional guidelines
