We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a **Senior** **Personal Assistant.**

**In this role you will:**

+ Provide administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management Executives and teams
+ Assist in diary management and travel arrangements
+ Support event logistics, all administrative and clerical activities
+ Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties
+ Perform general administrative tasks and maintain records and reports properly
+ Arrange couriers, ensure marketing materials to be distributed timely and correctly
+ Handle sensitive data and follow up all outstanding issues timely
+ Assist new joiner and leaver logistics
+ Ad-hoc duties when required...
