The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of the company to patients, supporting routine health needs and life-defining health decisions. This role is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and ensuring all procedures are performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with established practices. The PSR II builds patient trust through clear communication, professionalism, and strong customer focus, while demonstrating leadership behaviors, process excellence, and sensitivity to confidentiality and data accuracy.
