Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a Planner to lead plant-wide maintenance work management across multiple production value streams in a heavy industrial environment. This role is responsible for driving a proactive maintenance culture, improving schedule compliance, and ensuring all maintenance work is properly planned, prioritized, and executed safely and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive a proactive, data-driven maintenance culture focused on safety, reliability, and cost control
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and Storeroom teams to align maintenance priorities
Planning & Work Management
• Oversee the full maintenance work lifecycle within CMMS (scope, plan, schedule, execute, close-out)
• Ensure all work orders are fully planned with labor, materials, tools, permits, and safety requirements
