Position Summary
Laboremus is seeking an experienced Senior Platform, DevOps & Data Reliability Engineer to own and strengthen the reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence of our technology platform.
This role is responsible for ensuring our systems remain stable, recoverable, secure, and scalable while enabling efficient software delivery and minimizing operational risk. As part of a lean three-person technical team, this position plays a critical role in building resilient infrastructure, maintaining data integrity, supporting incident response, and automating operational processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure and DevOps expertise with a proactive reliability mindset and a commitment to operational discipline.
