Senior Podcast & Content Repurposing Editor (Remote)
Xterabyte is looking for a highly skilled editor who understands both storytelling and modern AI-powered content workflows. This role goes beyond traditional video editing. We are looking for someone who can transform long-form conversations, podcasts, webinars, and interviews into high-performing content assets that build authority and drive audience growth. What You'll Do
• Edit long-form podcast episodes and interviews using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
• Identify compelling moments, hooks, insights, and story arcs within raw footage
• Create engaging short-form content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and X
• Develop platform-specific edits optimized for audience retention and engagement
• Create captions, motion graphics, visual callouts, and branded content assets
• Collaborate with content strategists to maximize the value of each recording
