We are now looking for a Senior PPA Structurer to join our Energy Origination & Markets / PPA Structuring team – a key role at the heart of our commercial strategy. Please note that this role can be located in any of our markets where we operate.

About the role

As Senior PPA Structurer , you will act as the deal captain for PPA/FPA transactions, steering the full execution process from initial structuring and term sheet negotiation to final contract signing .

You will work in very close collaboration with the OX2’s PPA origination team and manage cross-functional teams, align internal stakeholders, and lead external negotiations, ensuring structured, commercially sound deals that create value for OX2 and our partners. From ...
