A-Players is looking for an experienced Senior PPC/UA Manager with a focus on Google Ads to take ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and scaling of one of the key performance marketing channels. Responsibilities

• Own the full performance acquisition funnel in Google - from launch to optimization and scaling
• Launch, scale, and optimize Search / PMax campaigns with a focus on revenue growth and ROAS
• Develop and test new acquisition hypotheses, funnels, and scaling mechanics - including AI-intent acquisition directions
• Work closely with Analytics and Growth teams using a data-driven approach: post-click metrics, cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and unit economics improvement
