This position is responsible for providing independent Specials Pricing for North America sales on sliding stem and rotary products. Responsible for error free Quotes in the CESR and ensures correct pricing strategy applied for all adders sent to Sales. Measures & Tracks teams PDSL through Enquiry Logs & acts a key point between the NA functional head and FCEC. Effectively Manage workload & balances turn around during surge in enquiries
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Coaches’ young engineers on various pricing strategies & tool required for quote creation
Develop young engineers on technical and communication skills
Ensures correct pricing strategies applied by team members and all records all RCA situations
