Overview

We are actively hiring and expanding our advanced silicon design organization. Despite frequent claims that "there are no jobs,” we continue to see a significant shortage of truly experienced engineers in high-speed interconnect technologies. We are seeking a Senior Principal Engineer or Architect with deep expertise in next-generation interconnect and networking protocols to help drive the design and evolution of industry-leading IP.



If you have extensive hands-on experience with PCI Express, CXL, and/or high-bandwidth Ethernet technologies, we would like to hear from you — even if your background is more integration, architecture, or system-level than pure IP development.
