Job Summary

A*STAR Skin Research Labs investigates all aspects of skin health and disease. We are looking to appoint a Research Director (RSE6) to support our Skin Disease research theme and to drive forward A*STAR’s translational agenda in the Dermatology Therapeutics space. The successful candidate will support and maintain the Institute’s national and international reputation for research excellence, including international recognition in inflammatory skin disease through originality in research, scholarship and contribution to the advancement of knowledge. The successful applicant will participate in the overall contribution of the Institute, where appropriate, as requested by the Institute’s Executive Director.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Translate fundamental insights of inflammatory skin disease pathomechanisms to develop novel therapeutic interventions;
• Identify nascent skin disease areas focussed on clinical need;
