Senior Principal/Senior Staff/Senior Solution Engineer

We are looking for a technically strong Solutions Engineer with deep experience in Computational Fluids Dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to support our company’s rapid expansion across Southeast Asia and global markets. The ideal candidate must have a minimum solid background in CFD, with a strategic focus on thermal management in semiconductors, electronics and high‑tech and can lead technical engagements, customer POCs, and industry‑focused solution validation, and support customers in post‑sales activities. Knowledge and experience in Flotherm/ICEPAK is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical pre and post sales support: requirement discovery, demos, presentations

Provide technical expertise across multiple industries with strong focus on semiconductors, electronics and high‑tech

Benchmark simulation results with commercial tools (e.g., Flotherm, Icepak)
