Role

Participate in all aspects of deal making, execution and strategic planning related to deal sourcing Negotiate transactions

Play a key role in transactions from sourcing, negotiations, closing, monitoring of investments and exit

Responsibilities

• Represent the firm and its clients on Boards of portfolio companies and drive value-adding initiatives
• Give guidance to the strategic direction of investee companies
• Monitor portfolio performance, value-adding initiatives and execution
• Corporate governance in investee companies as well as the firm itself
• Wide contact and network base
• Development of the team
• Management of resources
