Position Overview

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Design and govern global end-to-end business processes

  • Act as decision authority for process standards and deviations

  • Drive business impact, with success measured through defined performance KPIs

  •  Ensure systems and data consistently enforce desired process outcome

  • Lead cross-functional change across regions without line authority

  • Strong end-to-end process expertise in global organizations

  • Solid business & financial understanding

  • Experience with ERP-based process environments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)

  • Proven process governance and decision-making capability

  • High stakeholder influence, resilience, and global mindset
