Collaborate with quality engineers to improve and maintain product quality.
Oversee daily process flow, responding promptly to any quality or control deviations.
Supervise PE technicians in tasks such as drafting manufacturing instructions and designing jigs and fixtures.
Ensure all processes, machinery, and tooling meet safety standards.
Comply with safety procedures and guidelines established by the safety committee.
Design and optimize line layouts for better workflow and space utilization.
