The successful candidate will join Lonza’s Cell, Gene and Therapy (CGT) division in Singapore as a Process Engineer or Material Scientist, based on experience. This role supports the timely transfer of customer manufacturing processes and contributes to activities such as process development, validation, troubleshooting, technology transfer, optimization, compliance, and documentation.
What you’ll do: - Lead or support technology transfer and scale-up of manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful implementation
- Conduct lab-scale experiments and troubleshooting as needed
- Author and review technical documentation and training materials
- Monitor production runs, ensure GMP compliance, and drive process improvements
- Provide on-floor support during campaigns and manage change controls
