This role is a vital member of the Engineering Group, responsible for managing diverse projects, driving process improvements, R&D initiatives, process development, scale-up activities, and providing manufacturing support across the facility. Acting as the process engineering subject matter expert, this position will play a key role in the facility's operations and strategic initiatives, including:

• Process Safety: Operating within an Upper Tier HSA Seveso establishment, this role is critical in maintaining and enhancing process safety standards.
