Our client, a leading organization located in Toronto, is currently looking for a Bilingual Procurement Officer for a temporary assignment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Modernizing, optimizing, and streamlining the procurement and purchasing functions.
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and public sector best practices.
• Reviewing, developing, and analyzing internal controls, purchasing policies, and procurement procedures.
• Working closely with legal counsel regarding contract negotiations, procurement workflows, and risk management.
