What the role is: You lead and oversee the production of high-quality content for information and media campaigns.
What you will be working on: - Design and execute impactful media campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive and high-quality content
- Manage end-to-end production processes
- Innovate with new content formats and strategies to strengthen MINDEF/SAF’s presence across mainstream and social media
- Managing overlapping work schedules and resource allocation to meet critical delivery requirements
- Allocating and optimising limited resources to meet critical campaign requirements without compromising standards
- Translating complex military information into clear, engaging content that aligns with MINDEF/SAF’s mission objectives
- Balancing creative direction with compliance and operational precision to safeguard MINDEF/SAF’s interests
