The Senior Product Analyst serves as the product team's subject matter expert for API integrations across the ICS/BBD product portfolio. This role supports client adoption and successful implementation of Broadridge solutions by partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, Client Delivery, and Client teams to facilitate integration planning, onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. Combining product analysis, implementation support, and client engagement, the position bridges business and technical stakeholders, helping translate requirements into effective solutions while driving improvements in API capabilities, onboarding experiences, and product adoption.
