About the Role

• Initially, focus solely on customer communication scope.
• Customer communication includes in‑app chat between customers and drivers, push notifications, customer care, VoIP, email services and experience improvements.
• Lay good foundations in vision, product initiatives, discovery and delivery processes.
• Afterward, oversee customer communication while autonomously picking up new topics until a dedicated PM is hired.
