Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate clear product roadmaps aligned to modernization objectives
• Facilitate prioritization discussions with government leadership and Product Owners
• Analyze user and business needs to guide feature definition and release planning
• Serve as a primary liaison between Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product outcomes
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and UX designers to define requirements and user stories
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Support Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies such as PI planning
• Manage product documentation using Jira and Confluence
