Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end seller journey from first submission to high-frequency, high-value seller
• Identify and close drop-off points across onboarding, Snap to Sell, quote acceptance, vault intake, and resubmission
• Build product-led experiences that activate dormant sellers and increase submission frequency
• Own search quality, card discovery, and browse experiences across the platform
• Drive search-to-bid conversion through better ranking, filtering, and recommendations
• Own the experimentation framework including hypothesis definition, test design, and metric selection
• Monitor and improve marketplace health, including submission volume and listing rates
• Build and own the quarterly Growth roadmap tied to submission volume and buyer conversion
