Role Summary

As a Senior Technical Product Manager,EnterprisePayments, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of H‑E‑B’s core, enterprise‑facing payments systems that power both in‑store and eCommerce experiences at scale. This role owns the foundational platforms and integrations behind the scenes:processors and acquirers, gateway architecture and failover, tokenization and data security, authorization performance, and long‑term payments strategythat enable H‑E‑B to reliably accept,optimize, and scale payments across channels.

While this role supports both online and in‑store payments, extensive in‑person POS and terminal experience is critical. Success depends on understanding how enterprise payments infrastructure decisionsmanifestacross the firm—across terminals, lanes, store operations, reliability, and incident response—while balancing cost, resilience, and flexibility.
