Hi I'm Dan, Senior Product Manager at Pinpoint.

We're a high-growth HR tech company building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. Today, we have a strong foundation in place, with a mature product, rapid growth, strong product-market fit, and happy customers.

We're moving from a single product squad to specialised vertical teams, and the Marketplace vertical needs an owner. The Marketplace is the commercial engine of our product. It houses our upsell features (the things customers spend credits on), and credits are how we drive net revenue retention beyond base contract value.
