**Your role:**
* Lead category commercial plan with End-to-end perspective including portfolio strategy, NPD launch, communication strategy, and channel and promotion execution plan to accelerate business growth and achieve sales target.
* Develop annual marketing plan (ATL&BTL) with portfolio management to deliver sales target with market share gain. Lead and coordinate across functions to translate marketing strategies into implementation tactics.
* Collect and analyze market dynamic, consumer insights, and competition strategies to make recommendations to management team. Propose brand positioning, communication angles, media mix to strengthen brand equity and drive sales.
* Develop or adapt brand communication materials and ensure high quality of execution to meet brand KPIs and deadline.
* Co-work with sales team to prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales, control pricing and promotion across channels, and manage A&P budget to maximize output.
