Position Overview
Responsibilities
Product role focused on buying/procurement for the women's segment.
Lead the team responsible for product management, ensuring efficient cross-functional workflows.
Strategic and operational management of the women's product portfolio.
Define assortment and build the product matrix in partnership with the Style, Planning and Supply teams.
Make decisions about product sourcing/origin considering quality, lead time and competitiveness.
Direct involvement in negotiations with suppliers.
Monitor performance by channel (sales, margin, inventory, turnover and coverage), with special attention to the category.
Mentor and guide one buyer, focusing on technical development and prioritization of tasks.
Active participation in Product team rituals and the company's strategic committees.

Proven experience in product portfolio management, with relevant experience in women's products.
