About the Position Leading the special product “VADs/White Glove” for DSV Road in APAC including owning the operational responsibility and setup of related capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities - Define the SOP for white glove services in APAC
- Train and audit country teams for SOP compliance and safety aspects
- Be entry window, subject matter expert and key spokesperson for White Glove product in APAC
- Continuously expand our service scope, white glove volumes and related profitability in APAC
- Face regional customer contacts for escalations and strategic discussions
- Drive safety improvements with HSSE and country teams
- Setup control tower tasks for white glove related matters as needed
