The Senior Product Manager will lead strategic product initiatives across the Provation healthcare SaaS portfolio. You will drive innovation, customer value, and market differentiation through agile product development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Product Strategy, Roadmap & Lifecycle Management:

+ Develop and communicate a clear, strategic product vision aligned with healthcare and AI market needs, ensuring alignment across the organization.
+ Conduct market research and define a long-term product strategy, maintaining and adjusting a prioritized roadmap based on customer feedback, market changes, and technical feasibility.
+ Lead all stages of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) from ideation to post-launch optimization, ensuring efficient Agile practices and balanced prioritization of backlogs.

+ Conduct user research and analyze customer insights to define actionable product requirements,
