Hynds is looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer to join our Precast and Reinforcing team in Pokeno. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where you'll oversee and optimise site operations, drive best‑practice manufacturing processes, and ensure we deliver high‑quality precast product safely, efficiently and cost‑effectively.

You'll take full ownership of complex projects from concept through to completion, lead process improvements, troubleshoot technical challenges, and work closely with cross‑functional teams — from Sales and Quality through to Site Supervisors and Team Leaders — to keep production running at its best.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and coordinating daily production, ensuring drawings, materials, moulds and resources are ready to meet manufacturing plans
