• Be ready Taking responsibility for manufacturing processes in selected area(s) and/or production line(s) upon company request.
• Exceeding given production targets (output, yield, efficiency, delivery performance, lead time, others).
• Organizing, controlling and optimizing production resource (labour, materials, equipment)
• Implementing and maintaining 5S, point kaizen, safety on manufacturing area(s)
• Controlling and supervising application of company regulations and mandatory standards of the department.
• Cooperating within production and other departments of the company
• Supervising direct employees
• Improving skills (training matrix) and competences of the team.
• Developing subordinators can backup his / her role in urgent case
• Creating solutions/propose ideas in order to continuously improve production line performance.
