About the role

As Senior Production Manager, you are responsible for the operational leadership and performance of the Production function consisting out of assembly, commissioning and qualifying during start-up, ramp-up, and ongoing operations. In close collaboration with site leadership, the role defines and implements robust production processes and ensures effective execution across assembly, testing, and validation activities.

Initially this will be a critical hands-on role, requiring a strategic mindset and ability to build a team, establish process and drive the production set up for a greenfield factory project while executing an interim production for an accelerated market ecosystem entry.
