Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead a team of Manufacturing Technicians and Material Handlers on a single line of highly automated equipment, ensuring production of our signature product. Responsibilities include training, cross‑training, monitoring product quality performance, and troubleshooting equipment across multiple technologies such as heat staking, laser welding, mechanical swaging, printed circuit board handling, and robotic automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of manufacturing technicians and material handlers, focusing on performance, behavior, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain operational scorecards, document and report status of operational goals, and identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
• Serve as a 24/7 employee relations resource and manage timekeeping for all employees, including vacation and FMLA.
